How it works
Your Journey Starts With One Step
You do not need to have everything figured out before you begin. The first step is a conversation about where you are now and what you would like to explore.
A simple starting point
A journey with room for questions.
- Step 01
Discovery call
Begin with a relaxed conversation about what brings you here, what you would like to change and the questions you may have.
- Step 02
Understand your goals and suitability
Discuss what you would like support with and whether this approach appears appropriate for your circumstances. You decide whether you want to continue.
- Step 03
Prepare for a session
If you choose to continue, you can bring your questions and think about the situations, patterns or goals you would like to explore. No special preparation is required unless discussed with you beforehand.
- Step 04
Begin tailored work
In-person or online sessions may be shaped around your individual goals and may draw from the approaches described on the Approach page.
Your participation
You remain in control
Hypnosis does not mean being unconscious or giving up control. The discovery call is a chance to discuss any concerns before deciding whether to proceed.
Ways to meet
In-person and online sessions
In-person sessions are available in Blockhouse Bay, Auckland, by appointment.
Online sessions are available for clients across New Zealand and beyond. A reliable private space, a stable internet connection and a device with audio are helpful for an online session.
Privacy and boundaries
Confidentiality and boundaries
Your experience is treated with care and respect. During the discovery call, you can ask questions about privacy and what information is appropriate to share.
Please avoid sending detailed health information through ordinary email. Confidentiality boundaries and any relevant limits can be discussed before you decide to continue.
